There is nothing you need to do to prepare.
Our conversation is carefully designed to guide you to reflect on the values and moments that have mattered most to you throughout your life. -
Sometimes, people remember things they want to share a day or two after the conversation. We can have a follow up phone call to capture any items that come to mind after your session.
This phone call can be up to an hour, and will happen within one week of your Life Reflection lesson. -
Some people may want to included photos to go along with their life reflection.
You can submit up to 10 photos. Photos should be high quality (300 dpi), .jpg or .png files. -
Please allow 2 months from the time we have our conversation to the time you receive your Life Reflection Book.
If you are hoping to receive it sooner, please let me know and I will do my best to work out a shorter timeline with you.
