Building from what you share in our conversation, I will create a conversation guide so you can talk with your loved one in a meaningful, structured way.

This service includes:

• A one hour call to understand the topics and stories you want to call forth will allow me to tailor questions designed to elicit one’s life stories, values and memories.

• The ability to review and edit a draft Conversation Guide before I finalize it.

• This guide will be prepared with special care for those living with a serious illness or near the end of life.
